At John H. McNae Ltd we are looking for a highly motivated Parts Manager with experience of working in the Agricultural industry to join our team at our Tarbolton depot.
As a Parts Manager you must have the following skills:
- You must be computer literate and have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Have a good knowledge of agricultural parts and be able to deal with enquiries by telephone and in person and offer parts advice to our customers
- Have experience of ordering parts, dealing with suppliers and be responsible for parts control, ideally with knowledge of using the IBCOS Gold system
- Be responsible for accepting and inspecting deliveries and storing them as required, managing parts documentation as well keeping our shop area stocked and tidy
- You must be able to work well as part of a team and work closely with our engineers and provide training to our parts assistant
- You will liaise directly with the management team and identify areas of best practice in parts management
- UK driving licence required
Working hours are usually 8am-5.00pm Monday – Friday, working two Saturday’s per month will also be required as well as additional overtime when needed.
